About us
While our name suggests we’re a "group", it would be more accurate to describe us as a "family". Each family member contributes however big or small, all roles are important, and we acknowledge that every little detail contributes to the chemistry.
Each day, our team behind the scenes carefully plans and executes creative ideas and concepts ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Some of us (our bakers) work through the night to craft our signature sourdough pastries, while others work passionately in the kitchen to feed our hungry diners. What do we all have in common? We all love food! The flavours, the textures, the experiences shared at the table. And through this shared love and appreciation we have built a community - the #bakedfamily.
